Transitional Kingdom Cares

Transitional Kingdom Cares is a group home committed to providing purpose-driven transitional services that promote safety, stability and long-term success for youth and families. Through structured support, individualized planning, and restorative practices we will create environments that foster accountability, personal growth and sustainable independence. We will provide guidance, nurturing, protection and training to young children placed in the Children's Protective System or other placement agencies. 

Although the young children entering our system are minors, our goal is to teach them self- respect, trust and to love themselves. Our mission is to guide each child to transition with dignity, self-worth, integrity in a structured, caring and supportive environment; providing measurable outcomes that strengthen both the individual and the community; while successfully meeting each resident's individual needs and build their character and self-esteem.
